Crowns and Kisses. LLC was created in June 2018 after years of coaching teens and miss division competitors around the world. 

Ivy Shaunta is a Hoosier from Indianapolis, Indiana with her master’s in Philanthropic Studies/Non-Profit Management from Indiana University and dual degrees in Apparel Design and Fashion Merchandising from Ball State University.
 

With over 20 years in the pageant industry as a state title holder, judge, choreographer, producer, national director, and international contestant recruiter she decided to open a pageant consulting agency in 2018 called Crowns and Kisses. As a certified Black Latino Business owner, she has a proven record to elevate hundreds of women around the world winning local to international competitions. Furthermore, she worked as a mentor and coach at Pageant Planet. Helping all ages compete in elite systems to win the crown.

She is a recent Breast Cancer Survivor and advocates for survivors under 40. 

 She worked for Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Organization Headquarters and sits on the board of the IWIN Foundation here in Indiana. Through the efforts of these organizations, she has been in Vera Bradley Foundation Magazine, IU Simon Cancer Center Media Press, and Susan G. Komen Walgreens Fall 2021 commercial while expanding her initiative to women to “Glam Through It”. In the last 15 years, she has styled celebrities, community leaders, anchorwomen, and pageant queens.

Ivy is a proud active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She loves to dance, decorate her planner, and watch international fashion shows. She currently resides in Indianapolis with her wonderful husband Chris and Yorkie Poodle Dior.
